On the day of April 10, 1991, AJ was at a party when a car bomb exploded near her car, seriously injuring AJ. AJ collapsed and died on the way to the hospital. It was later revealed that the bomber was a member of an IRA group that was notorious for killing British servicemen. AJ’s close friend, Damon, managed to get to her in the hospital, where AJ died. She was only 29 years old.
