Aupee Karim was born to a family of teachers. She is presently married to Ashok Tindar, a Bangladesh director. Aupee is a versatile and talented actress and has also acted in a few films here. She is the cousin of actresses Sharukh Khan and Rana Safi. She has appeared in quite a few television serials and films too.

Aupee Karim was brought up in a conservative household in Dhaka with parents who are both academically qualified and trained in the local school system. She was studying to be a teacher when she got married to Ashok Tindar. Shortly after their marriage, Aupee Karim’s mother died and Aupee was left to care for her younger siblings. She dropped out of school after Class 11 but studied again at Dhaka University, getting an MBA in Business Management.
Aupee Karim studied early childhood development in Bangladesh under the guidance of a renowned anthropologist, Mrs. Ghulam Murtaza. The anthropologist focused on the early life of Aupee Karim and followed her from birth till she reached the age of ten, teaching her the basics of Bengali and other South Asian languages. The next two years Aupee went to St. John’s College, Christchurch where she joined the drama department in the drama department. She then moved to the National Technical Institute for Schools and Colleges (NTRIC), New Delhi, and joined the department of psychology.
When she got married in 2023 to Ashok Tindar, the couple spent about a year and a half in Bora to witness the beauty of the island. While there, they had a son named Mathi who is now studying law in Christchurch. Aupee Karim has previously said that while living in Bora, she discovered that her true identity was tied to her mid-section which was where her Indian ethnicity began. She was born in Bangladesh but her family lives in India and that’s how she got her middle name, Aupee Karim.
Aupee Karim became very popular as a contestant on one of the popular reality television shows of Bangladesh, Choosing. After that show she became popular as an actor in different movies and shows and finally ended up in a movie in Sri Lanka where she starred alongside Anil Kapoor in the movie titled No Ordinary Family. She has also appeared in a number of TV serials and acted in a number of documentaries. In all those shows and in the films, Aupee Karim has shown a lot of promise as an actress and it looks like her career will continue to grow for many more years to come. At the moment, she is busy preparing for her role as a mother in the upcoming Mankatha movie which is based on the book The God of War by Kavitha Champagne.
Aupee Karim’s personal life has also been interesting since she has been married to a man from Bangla Desh and then later on to an Indian man. She has divorced two times and married a man from Pakistan. She has brought both of her families to live with her in Bangladesh and is expecting another baby shortly. Some people think that having two marriages is somewhat strange but that is what Aupee Karim did. She married a man from Bangla Desh first and then later on got married to an Indian guy.
