Mahima Nambiar is one of the very few female Tamil actresses that has made a name for herself on the silver screen. Born in a family that was prominent in government and administration, Mahima Nambiar grew up in a typical middle-class household. Her childhood was spent studying, reading and even learning to write in English. She then began working in different industries such as petroleum, cement, construction, engineering and communications before she shifted her efforts to perform.
