Maxime Lestienne is a Belgium international professional footballer who currently plays as a right wing back for Standard Liege. Maxime was introduced to Europe by French club Midtjylland in 1992. Lestining spent two years with the then-owner, Wim Van der Vaart, before joining Italian side Frosinone on loan. He made 28 appearances for the Nerazzani in Italy, scoring one goal.
