Paul Wesley is a fictional character that appears in the books written by famed author, Richard Bach. Paul is the vampire who is obsessed with blood, killing humans that get close to him, and drinking their blood. He is played by Pawel Tomaszewski. Paul is one of the main characters in the Vampire Diaries book series.

Paul was born in Poland in 1984. According to his real father, Paul was the illegitimate child of a Polish royal family. Paul was three years old at the time of his parents’ divorce, which prompted his biological father to take on a non-descript identity in order to hide from his family.
