Sunaina is an Indian singer and dancer. She is also known as Sushmita. She was born in 1969 in the state of Andhra Pradesh in India. Sunaina’s first marriage was to a Pakistani man in Pakistan and she has two children.
Sunaina became an entertainer in various channels and in 2021 she began working with director Shimit Amin. After that she worked with Yash Chopra and Ajith Kumar in the movie “Kathak”. She moved on to act in movies like “Man Vs. Wild”, “Dhooma”, “Chak De! India” and “Troll The Line”.
In the last year she has appeared in few Telugu Romance Films and has been playing a main character in the movie. Sunaina was supposed to have originated from an Andhra Pradesh village named bharath. Bharath is the first Parsi child born in the state. Later she moved to Andhra Pradesh and became famous because of her attractive features. She is half brown skinned, has blue eyes and dark hair.
Sunaina had made a few appearances in the Hindi movie “Mankatha” but failed to attract any leading role in that film. That was the first and last time that Sunaina would be seen in the Hindi movie screen. But in the last year she has been appearing in a number of movies made by prominent directors like Mani Ratnam, S.S. Rajamouli, S.S Shankar, Yash Chopra and others. Her most recent film “Nanban” which is based on the life of former President of India, Jawaharlal Nehru, and starring Ajit Khan and Ranbir Kapoor is expected to hit the screens in the next few months.

In recent years she has ventured into the world of screenwriting and producing her own screenplays. She has written a novel entitled “Singh is King” (directed by S.S. Shankar), which is based on the life of former president of India, Tipu Sultan. Sunaina’s other novel is in the works and she is also currently completing a biopic on Mahatma Gandhi. Her career in Indian films is now in high demand, and it is clear that she has scope for more such roles in the coming years.
