Tan Songyun is Chinese actresses. She has been known for her many roles in film series such as The Whirling Night Nurse, With You, The Fox, Under The Power, and Go! on TV. She was listed in the second-best ranking of the actresses of the year, in the third best female Chinese actor of the year, and in the fourth-best ranking of the all-time Chinese actresses of the year.

Tan Songyun was born in Fujian province in the Peoples Republic of China. She has brown eyes and was said to be one of the few Chinese actresses that has naturally golden hair. Tan Songyun was discovered by Hong Kong producer and director Tony Leung, who wanted her to star in his movie.
