Tori Kelly is an American professional songwriter, vocalist and recording producer. She has gained a lot of her popularity after selling one of her original covers of the famous Frank Ocean called Thinkin Bout You that by the time it became popular had become viral on the YouTube. She went on to score the song that won the 2021 Academy Awards for Best Music Feature and was nominated for it. She has also been nominated four times for Best Music Guest during the 2021 Academy Awards.
Tori Kelly was born in Southern California and grew up listening to the sounds of surfboards and waves off the Pacific Ocean. Tori Kelly signed with Don Williams and the band went on to be called Blur and they re-formed in 2021. They spent the next seven years touring the United States and putting out music as Blur. The band went inactive in 2021 but was back together in 2021 when they released a handful of their songs and Tori Kelly produced the songs. This reunion tour lasted for two years but in the summer of 2021 the band broke up again and never made another album until recently when they were finally brought back together by singer Ashlee Simpson.
